Dictino Garcia Executive Vice President
	Dictino “Tino” Garcia has over twenty years of experience in the construction industry. Tino's role with Ferreira Construction Company began with the inception of the company, and his insight, knowledge, and influence has been an integral component of developing the company to its present status. Tino has overall responsibility for all of Ferreira’s construction projects. He is directly responsible for all superintendents and over 100 laborers. While managing all projects and multiple staff, Tino is also responsible for directing all bidding opportunities and securing start to finish bidding processes-assignment of various phases of estimating and scheduling to the Estimating Department; Lump-Sum GC bidding; pre-bid price negotiations with contractors, sub-contractors and suppliers; assessment of staff takeoffs; and the final review of bids with Management principals prior to submission. Ferreira Construction Company, Inc. estimating and costing systems completely interface. Tino is responsible for the tracking of all construction costs throughout the life of the project; providing weekly cost analysis updates for the project superintendents; up-to-date costing to allow for modifications to the estimating program; and interfacing of these costs with the Accounting Department through computer generated programs. With these combined responsibilities, he ensures that the estimating data base is updated regularly with current costing information. Prior to becoming Executive Vice President , Tino worked in various roles including the management and general day-to-day activities as a Project Superintendent/Engineer on several general construction projects. In addition, he was responsible for scheduling, monitoring of job costing, supervision and the coordination of all field forces and subcontractors through all phases of construction, from bid to project completion.
