Nancy Vliet, PE Vice President
	Nancy has over 14 years of experience bidding, planning, designing and executing construction projects. She is diversified in all aspects of transportation and heavy highway construction, and has managed and successfully completed projects ranging from $1 million to over $50 million in involving multiple agencies, clients, and contracts, on time and within budget. As Vice President, Nancy oversees staffing and business development for the company, while managing multi-million dollar projects for the Port Authority of New York/New Jersey, New Jersey Department of Transportation, and the New Jersey Turnpike Authority. Nancy was the Project Engineer for a $42 million major roadway improvement project on Route 206 in Somerset County, New Jersey, and for a $9 million Garden State Parkway Interchange 80 roadway modification in Ocean County. Nancy’s responsibilities included review and implementation of construction plans and specifications; development of as-built drawings; coordination and liaison between state agencies and regulatory officials. She was also responsible for the supervision and co-ordination of multiple field engineers, foremen, construction crews and sub-contractors, and the resolution of construction problems. Scheduling and projections; cost reporting; claims and change orders; the calculation, preparation and negotiation of vouchers, and material purchasing also fall under her supervision. In addition, Nancy coordinated the classification, transportation, and beneficial re-use of approximately 25,000 tons of non-hazardous contaminated soil and aggregate to be used in the construction of a golf course in Hudson County, New Jersey.
