From it's 42,000 square foot headquarters located in New Jersey, Ferreira serves the tri-state area. Ferreira also maintains a Southern Division office which serves the State of Florida.
Founded in 1988 Ferreira Construction has become a leader in the industry with a bonding capacity of $100 million and nearly 100 road and bridge projects to it's credit.

Professional Services – Construction Management - Commissioning
The Ferreira Group, Ferreira’s Professional Services Division, provides professional services in all aspects of Construction Management and Commissioning. The Ferreira Group provides Professional Services to multiple Public School Districts, Municipalities and Private Clients. Additionally, The Ferreira Group provides professional services through several large International Construction Management firms. The Ferreira Group’s LEED Certified Professionals serve as the Commissioning Authority for the new World Trade Center Transportation Hub project in NYC and are responsible for the first Net Zero Electric Commercial Building in the United States.

Statement of Safety
Ferreira Constructions strong commitment to conduct all of its operations in the safest manner possible starts with the company principals and is reinforced at all levels company-wide. Our safety department comprises safety officers, on-site superintendents, a director who performs random site inspections as well as a third party independent consulting firm, ensuring that Ferreira Constructions stringent policies are adhered to by employees and sub-contractors. A formal program, incorporating OSHA requirements, is outlined for all employees, and when required, may be customized for complex projects to specifically address our client and public safety considerations.
