PROJECT MANAGERS
Project Managers to supervise public school construction for our Construction Management Division. Construction Management services are provided as agents to the owner, acting as the owner's on-site representative and liaison between the professional design staff and the contractors overseeing the construction.
Qualified candidates are preferred to possess a degree in Architecture, Engineering or Construction Management and demonstrate sufficient field experience. In lieu of a degree, candidates must demonstrate additional field experience.
Candidates should possess working knowledge of CPM scheduling and demonstrate good organizational intercommunication and managerial skills.
Candidates must have sufficient computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word,
Excel and Internet Explorer. Experience with MS Office Project, Primavera and Expedition preferred.
