Project Description: Project consists of removal of collapsed seawall, installation of new concrete capped sheet pile, and travel-lift extension piers with a load capacity of 350 ton over water. This project is the phase I portion of a $5,200,000.00 total renovation of facilities. The project requires %100.00 operations while construction is underway. Ferreira Construction has successfully removed collapsed wall and installed the new wall with no interruptions in the owners operations during the height of their business season. Extensive planning and communication is required between Ferreira Personnel and the owner's staff to assure no impact to facility operations.
