Project Description: Project included the reconstruction, widening and extension of the length of Scotch Road over the Route I 95 Interchange and creation of a cloverleaf intersection. A new 300 foot overpass over I 95 Interchange was constructed with High Performance Concrete. The new overpass is a new design in New Jersey. The abutment support was constructed with mechanically stabilized earth wall and Steel H piles. Various components of the structure were monitored by Stevens Institute of Technology during and after construction.
