Our safety department comprises safety officers, on-site superintendents, a director who performs random site inspections as well as a third party independent consulting firm, ensuring that Ferreira Constructions stringent policies are adhered to by employees and sub-contractors. A formal program, incorporating OSHA requirements, is outlined for all employees, and when required, may be customized for complex projects to specifically address our client and public safety considerations.
